The first born, Manuel Sánchez and his wife were the founders, years of hard work and great illusions, becoming a stopping point for travellers and travellers. With the arrival of the civil war, and the senselessness that occurred during this time in this country, Manuel Sánchez was killed and the inn was burnt down. After the war and with a country to rebuild, it was his brother Ricardo Sánchez, with the support of his wife and family, who took on the effort and sacrifice of the reconstruction and put the Fonda back on its feet. During this period, the Fonda grew in size and prestige in Ainsa and the surrounding area, becoming an obligatory stop, a meeting point, a meeting place and a place for celebrations, thanks to the know-how, the cordiality and the familiar and close treatment of the Sánchez family.
History
The history of the Hotel Sánchez begins in the 1920s, when the Sánchez Juste family decided to pull up their house in Santa María de Buil to build the Fonda Sánchez in Ainsa.
